We are going to a friend’s cookout next weekend and I offered to bring dessert. I really like to bake- but generally don’t make the time and know that if the sweets are in the house- I will eat them. Kerry rarely has a sweet tooth but his favorite dessert is strawberry cheesecake. So, I found a mini-strawberry cheesecake recipe and decided to do a test run this weekend of the recipe. Luckily, Miss H and I are meeting up with friends tomorrow so I can distribute the strawberry cheesecakes there. Don’t worry- I will be leaving Kerry some too.
I need to add the strawberries- but they really are the perfect bite size.
