Sunday was hot, hot, hot in DC but we still visited the Jefferson Memorial, the White House, the World War II Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Wall and the Washington Monument. About halfway through- Hadley and Elliott decided it was nap time.
The kids got fed at the Lincoln Memorial and not quite sure what has captured our attention (and possibly our annoyance).
We love when we have visitors because it is fun to play tour guide.
We were all in desperate need of a shower after all the walking, humidity and sun. So it was back home for dinner and relaxing. Erin, Cory and Elliott took off on an early flight this morning for home. We hope they come back soon!
