I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor at Comcast. It is supposed to happen before 6:50 pm EST tomorrow Friday, March 6, 2009. Who is betting that it does not happen? Okay, I am taking a dollar on it not happening- anyone want to bet that it will? Come on- you might only lose a dollar.
Customer service is definitely not a priority at a lot of places we all know but Comcast may be the worst. And, Jason at customer service for Comcast definitely fails. Fails. Fails. Fails.
And, if the don’t call me I will give you all the lovely details at 6:51 pm tomorrow.

I’m not sure, but either comcast gets their customer service reps from “Northworst Airlines” or “Northworst” gets theirs from Comcast…
