Today we had our office Thanksgiving and I am stuffed! There was some delicious food from my co-workers. I have never been a fan of turkey, usually I just eat all the yummy sides for Thanksgiving dinner, and today did not disappoint with the side dishes. I got assigned a dessert so I made a pumpkin pound cake- easiest recipe– and it turned out really good. The award for best side goes to the spirited sweet potato casserole.
