This weekend we made the first step in getting the house ready for the new addition. We moved our spare bedroom queen size bed down to my Mom’s house in Annapolis. Luckily, she was in the market for a queen size bed and it fit great in one of her spare bedrooms (and we have a comfy place to stay over the holiday). Since we no longer have a place for visitors to stay, we purchased a new pull-out couch this weekend for our loft. Luckily, there was a huge Veteran’s Day sales so we got a great price. It is all about bargain shopping at the moment! The couch will be at the house on Saturday. Here is a preview:

The honey-do list today included painting the kitchen and it was not from the couch. But the couch is quite comfy. you will see when you come visit.
